01. General Terms & Conditions

08. Account Closure & Suspension

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please make sure to withdraw your balance before closing your account.

Bcd99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Registration with false information.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• KYC verification failed.

If an account is permanently closed, any valid balance will be returned — however, bonus-related funds may be forfeited. A monthly maintenance fee may be applied to inactive accounts.
